Our videos are intended for communication, education, presentation, awareness, and marketing support. They should not be treated as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or regulatory approval.

5. Project Workflow and Approvals

Videoabstract may follow a structured production workflow where projects are divided into sections, scenes, or segments.

Clients may be asked to review and approve each stage before production continues. Once a segment, script, visual direction, or final video is approved, further changes may be treated as additional work and may require extra charges.

Timely feedback from the client is required to keep the project moving smoothly.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the project scope, video length, complexity, delivery timeline, and agreed workflow.

Videoabstract may offer a pay-per-segment, milestone-based, or full-project payment model depending on the project.

By starting a project, you agree to the payment structure discussed and approved before production begins.

Payments made for completed or approved work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revisions

Revision terms will depend on the specific project agreement.

Revisions may include changes to wording, visuals, pacing, sequence, or minor creative adjustments. Major changes, new concepts, additional scenes, new scripts, change of direction, or changes requested after approval may require additional fees.

Videoabstract reserves the right to determine whether a requested change is a minor revision or additional work.

8. Delivery of Final Work

Final videos or project files will be delivered through an agreed digital method, such as a download link, cloud folder, email, or other suitable platform.

Delivery timelines depend on project complexity, client feedback speed, revision requirements, and production workload.

Videoabstract is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client materials, delayed approvals, unclear instructions, third-party platforms, payment delays, or changes in project scope.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the final approved video delivered to the client may be used by the client for the agreed purpose after full payment is completed.

Videoabstract retains ownership of internal production methods, workflows, prompts, project files, templates, source files, creative processes, and production techniques unless specifically transferred in writing.

Raw files, editable project files, prompts, source assets, or internal production materials are not included unless agreed separately.

10. Portfolio and Marketing Use
